Thanks for your advice. It is well recevied. But grammar is never my goal just like a lot of my european colleagues. According my experience with europeans, As long as it can be understand by people, it is good enough. I can't be a writer. Just like "Long time no see" can be accepted by Oxford. Language is a tool to help people understanding each other. My translation is not offen needed between Dutch welder and Chinese welder, that's the reason.
Maybe this is difference between men in field and men in office? or difference between men in boilersuit and men in suit? Haha...
