来个强人翻译下,东西很多。科长布置给小弟的作业 汉译英,谢谢拉

二 对船体火工矫正的工艺要求。
(一)对矫正前工作状态的要求
(1)焊接成的T形,工字形构件和基座等的矫正工作,应在上船安装前进行。
(2)分段(刚性不足者除外)或总段的变形,应在离胎前进行矫正。将正前。其内部结构的装配和焊接工作必须结束。
(3)仅作定位焊或尚未施行封底焊的结构,不得进行火工矫正。
(4)矫正刚性不足的单个结构时,必须注意做临时性加强。
(5)矫正前,要考虑工件原来的加工状态。冷加工板内部存在压应力。故矫正冷加工扳时的收缩量一般小于热加工板
(6)零部件矫正工作应在未作安装前进行完毕。
(7)当工作环境温度低于 -10度 时,应停止矫正操作。
(8)在室外矫正时(特别是夏季)应考虑日照对变形的影响。
(二 )对一般矫正的要求。
(1)根据结构材料性能,变形情况及技术要求,选择合理的矫正方案和矫正系数。不宜在结构上形成刚性很大的封闭式加热圈(如“井”字形 “回”字形 及 “目”子形)
(2)为拉避免由于局部加热而引起的立体分段或总船变形,矫正操作应尽可能的对称于船体中线面和中和轴进行。在高度方向 则应从下而上
(3)在矫正几幅毗邻并列的变形时,应间隔一幅(俗称“跳格”)进行,这样,间隔幅度内的变形饶度会因两毗邻板幅的收缩而减小,有利于加速矫正。
(4)在矫正两个相邻的刚性不同的结构时,应先矫正刚性较大的构件,即先矫正厚度或构件截面较大的结构,
(5)在矫正两个相邻的相同结构变形时,应先矫正变形小的那一个
(6)在矫正一个板格的变形时,先矫正低点,逐步向高点进行。
(7)当强弱构架相邻时,先矫正强构架,后矫正弱构架。若厚薄板相连接时,先矫正厚板在矫正薄板
(8)在矫正板架结构时,应先矫正骨材的变形,后矫正板壁的变形
(9)板架中具有不同方向的变形时,应先矫正凹入骨架方向的变形,后矫正凸出的变形,
(10)在矫正板的波浪变形时,不能以板的最凹的一点或最凸的一点作为基准面进行矫正,而应以中间面作为基准面进行矫正。
(11)在矫正具有开孔或自由边缘的板架结构时,应先矫正板架的变形,后矫正开孔或自由边缘的变形。、
(12)上层建筑倒装分段离胎前,应先将上口(翻身后为下口)矫平直
(13)矫正上层建筑内部围壁的变形时,先矫正围壁上下甲板的变形。
(14)在矫正船体外板变形时,水线以下应尽量减少加热面积
(15)当矫正厚板的加热速度较慢时,应不断摆动加热嘴,变动火焰位置,同时氧气压力不宜太高。
(16)当矫正厚度小于5mm的薄板时,倘需敲击,则应该用木锤,切用力不可过猛。
(17)在焊缝上不可加热或敲击。在焊缝热影响区(距焊缝约30mm-50mm的范围内)也应尽量避免敲击,若必须敲击时,应在焊缝位置垫以带槽平锤
(18)矫正时,用锤敲击的速度应随温度的降低而减缓,敲击的位置也逐渐由加热区的外缘移向中心。对钢材来说,在加热区呈暗红色(约550度-600度)起至手触钢板无剧烫感(约 250度-300度)这段温度范围内,属于所谓“脆性区”,应暂停敲击。
(19)当矫正加热,需要重复加热或多次加热时,下次加热应在上次加热完全冷却后进行。低碳钢的重复加热次数不宜超过5次,低合金钢的重复加热次数不宜超过3次
(20)水火矫正的使用范围和水火弯板相同,特种材料的水火矫正必须先通过试验鉴定。
(21)经矫正的结构,应力求表面光滑平顺,在敲击之处,不得留有凹凸不平或残留的局部变形以及明显的锤印。
(22)在矫正过程中,必须随时测量检查。以免矫正过头,产生新的变形。
(三)火工矫正的注意事项。
(1)加热温度一般不超过900度,为拉提升矫正效果,可调整热带宽度,而不能提高加热温度。
(2)尽量避免在同一点上再次加热, 因此在矫正前要慎重考虑,仔细分析,定出理想的施工方案
(3)尽量避免在结构突变处进行火工矫正。
(4)分段矫正时,首先应矫正刚性大的构件。
(5)矫正板架时,应先矫正构架,再矫正板
(6)构件矫正时,应对称进行,以避免引起总的变形。
(7 )矫正厚板时,因所需热量较大,火焰宜采用中性焰。在加热时要将焊矩不断游动,以避免表面融化,烧枯(氧化 ,脱硫)
(8)矫正薄板时,可采用氧化火焰,并做快速移动。
(9)对不锈钢。合金钢等不宜采用氧化火焰。

Please be informed that we must learn ourselves about professional maritime English instead of relying on  "Google" or "Jin Shan Ci Ba 金山词霸" or whatever dictionaries to translate it.

It would make a funny mistake.

If I were the Chief of that Office, I would not accept those translation in
#7,12,13 as shown above.
