1.现场问题是最实际的问题，出了问题就肯定要解决，如果是直接相关人员不应推卸责任而耽误工期，应认真对待；
3.如果按计划施工，油漆肯定是白做的，无非就是加紧可施工时间段的时间了。如果船厂有好的技术手段那另当别论。
2、12、13 船厂QC对船厂负责，就想船东代表队船东负责一样，
你为谁干活就为谁负责，作为管理人员，指导方向不能错。然后再回答这几个问题就好答了。
