1.Do you think that it is very imortant to the designers that the feed back from the workers who working on site is very import, and what will you do when there is feed back related with some modification from the workers?

2.As a QC member, what is your feeling when owner often compalining that “they become QC owner.” How to improve your present job?

3.As you know working in painting department, especially woking as a paint QC together as painting constructor have to face with up with the weather condition, sometime when the schedule is in a tense condition, while the humidity is too high for painting?
