Each cargo tank will be fitted with High velocity independent PV ventilation pipes and valves. There shall also be a common venting system for all cargo tank.
为什么每个舱有PV外，还有一个公共的通风？解释一下？

solas II-2, reg.11.6.3, 2 means of venting shall be provided to pretect overpressure/underpreessure during loading/unloading.
SOLAS II-2, reg.4.5.3.4.2: the arrangement of venting shall consist of MASTRISER, or High-velosity VENT.
此处说的common venting，应该是指mast riser

公共透气系统，不是通风系统，二者是有分别的。
公共透气管管也可作为溢流管用。但应有防止一个舱破损时，该舱的液货不能进入另一个舱的措施。
