液压舵机 液压联锁报警问题

项目中采用Hatlapa液压转叶式舵机（机械结构国产)
在测试液压联锁报警时，我们在驾驶室使用舵轮打左舵，就地将左右转舵电磁阀互换，这样就地舵机就会转右舵，此时触发液压闭锁报警。
但是船东提出，如果我们驾驶室打舵，就地的舵机电磁阀故障了或者液压管堵塞了，舵机不动也需要触发此报警。（自动舵会触发system fail）
船级社规范中对与这个报警的描述如下:
2.8.2 Hydraulic system
a) Hydraulic oil reservoirs are to be provided with the
alarms required in [2.6.6].
b) Where hydraulic locking, caused by a single failure,
may lead to loss of steering, an audible and visual
alarm, which identifies the failed system, is to be provided
on the navigating bridge.
Note 1: This alarm is to be activated when, for example:
• the position of the variable displacement pump control
system does not correspond with the given order, or
• an incorrect position in the 3-way valve, or similar, in the
constant delivery pump system is detected.

哈特拉帕不是这样的，哈特拉帕有两个电流继电器会检测通给电磁阀的电流，如果有电流电磁阀无动作反馈或错误就会发出液压锁报警，所以此功能可以满足。
