项目中采用Hatlapa液压转叶式舵机(机械结构国产)
在测试液压联锁报警时,我们在驾驶室使用舵轮打左舵,就地将左右转舵电磁阀互换,这样就地舵机就会转右舵,此时触发液压闭锁报警。
但是船东提出,如果我们驾驶室打舵,就地的舵机电磁阀故障了或者液压管堵塞了,舵机不动也需要触发此报警。(自动舵会触发system fail)
船级社规范中对与这个报警的描述如下:
2.8.2 Hydraulic system
a) Hydraulic oil reservoirs are to be provided with the
alarms required in [2.6.6].
b) Where hydraulic locking, caused by a single failure,
may lead to loss of steering, an audible and visual
alarm, which identifies the failed system, is to be provided
on the navigating bridge.
Note 1: This alarm is to be activated when, for example: • the position of the variable displacement pump control system does not correspond with the given order, or
• an incorrect position in the 3-way valve, or similar, in the
constant delivery pump system is detected.
