这种东西用不着给老外看的，人家不玩这些虚的，只看实效。
都是必须要做到的，法律规定的，居然要当口号喊，当作奋斗目标。老外看了，岂不丢人。

只是要求中英文对照，比较感兴趣这种句子翻译是不是用短语式比较好，去掉一些介词什么的

前一部分的介词没有省略， 因为前后的承接关系很明显，如果省略，感觉变成两个不相关的句子。
后一部分的介词省略了，因为出现两个短句，个人感觉不必再加介词。
有些部分翻译不到位，特别是遵纪守法和尊章守法的区别，请高手帮忙改正，谢谢。

Chin说的有一定道理
老外确实不太认这个，他们也喊口号，但格式也和咱们不一样，称为使命陈述，呵呵
