如题，例如：23000DWT油船，全船的手提式灭火器数量为50只。那备用的数量应该是多少只？这个有规范要求吗？

如果是CCS的,那么是---前10个100%,剩余的按50%计算.
你这50个,那么就是10+40X50%=30个,如果50%有小数,则按一个,只能多不能少.

你这是油船,50个里面应该是CO2,干粉,水基的3样都有.上面是计算是按每一个品种算的,
比如CO2一共有8个,备品就是8个,总数上那就远远多于30个了.

能够在船上进行再充装的灭火器，其备用灭火剂的数量应按前10 个灭火器的100%和剩下其它灭火器的50%配备。备用灭火剂的总数不必超过60 份。船上应备有充装说明。另外对于不能在船上进行充装的灭火器，应额外配备前所述的相同灭火剂量、型式、能力和数量的手提式灭火器以代替备用灭火剂。手提式灭火器应位于当人员按脱险路线撤离时容易看到的地方，一般置于靠近舱室出口处，走廊内和梯道旁及有重大火灾危险性的处所旁边，至少1 具存放于该处所的入口附近。
