防撞舱壁上的阀

防撞舱壁上的阀是否有要求，SOLAS上要求是螺旋阀，蝶阀是否不能用

by not more than one pipe for dealing with fluid in the forepeak tank, provided that the pipe is fitted with a
screw-down valve capable of being operated from above the bulkhead deck, the valve chest being secured

this valve on the after side of the collision bulkhead provided that the valve is readily accessible under all

这个阀是09年新版的SOLAS的要求，要求SCREW-DOWN型式的，但是大多是船级社对于使用butterfly也是接受的，而且就现在市面上没有液压形式的screw-down形式的阀卖的

可以用碟阀,且防撞舱壁上只允许有一个,要在上甲板予以操作或者主管机关同意,认为易于到达可以免除.如果用遥控还必须给阀配备一个应急的操作! 例如采用液压碟阀,在首部就应该配备一个手摇泵.

公约明确是“screw-down valve ”（截止阀）。遥控不一定是液压的，现在的船上大多数是机械遥控（即把阀杆用万向节连接到干舷甲板上。

如果严格按照公约来，防撞舱壁的阀不应该用蝶阀，如果该该管路需要从控制台遥控操作，可以设2道阀，一道是位于防撞舱壁并符合SOLAS要求的阀(保持常开)，另一道是遥控蝶阀。
有时候，只用一个遥控蝶阀，船级社也会放的。

然后09的SOLAS上面写了Unless expressly provided otherwise, this chapter shall apply to ships the keels of which are laid or which are at a similar stage of construction on or after 1 January 2009.


所以本人认为09年7月1号之前铺龙骨或类似建造的就可以用蝶阀的，因为09的SOLAS才规定要用screw-down valve 的
