防撞舱壁上的阀

防撞舱壁上的阀是否有要求，SOLAS上要求是螺旋阀，蝶阀是否不能用

我记得貌似防撞舱壁上不允许有通舱件的。。。

穿过防撞舱壁的管子应装有能在干舷甲板以上操作的适当的阀，其阀体应装在首尖舱内的舱壁上。阀体也可安装在防撞舱壁后侧，但在所有营运状态下该阀应易于接近，且其所在处所不是货物处所。所有阀体应为钢质、青铜或其他经认可的塑性材质。不得采用普通铸铁或类似材质的阀

这个阀是09年新版的SOLAS的要求，要求SCREW-DOWN型式的，但是大多是船级社对于使用butterfly也是接受的，而且就现在市面上没有液压形式的screw-down形式的阀卖的

可以用碟阀,且防撞舱壁上只允许有一个,要在上甲板予以操作或者主管机关同意,认为易于到达可以免除.如果用遥控还必须给阀配备一个应急的操作! 例如采用液压碟阀,在首部就应该配备一个手摇泵.

公约明确是“screw-down valve ”（截止阀）。遥控不一定是液压的，现在的船上大多数是机械遥控（即把阀杆用万向节连接到干舷甲板上。

如果严格按照公约来，防撞舱壁的阀不应该用蝶阀，如果该该管路需要从控制台遥控操作，可以设2道阀，一道是位于防撞舱壁并符合SOLAS要求的阀(保持常开)，另一道是遥控蝶阀。
有时候，只用一个遥控蝶阀，船级社也会放的。

然后09的SOLAS上面写了Unless expressly provided otherwise, this chapter shall apply to ships the keels of which are laid or which are at a similar stage of construction on or after 1 January 2009.

所以本人认为09年7月1号之前铺龙骨或类似建造的就可以用蝶阀的，因为09的SOLAS才规定要用screw-down valve 的
