Where arrangements are made to override the automatic slowdown or shutdown due to high oil mist or bearing temperature, the override is to be independent of other overrides.

为什么要把油雾浓度高和轴承温度高作为一个单独越控，求解？

Compare to LO low pressure and over speed, the two are less harmful. So it is a good idea to made it possible to override them independently under extreme circumstances.
