电子词典、互联网都是非常有用的辅助工具，但他们的作用仅限于提供资料，而不能替代我们的理解和思考，尤其不可以取代我们的学习。
不求甚解、投机取巧的学习态度，害人。

确实，其实专业英语更加适合懂专业的人去做~而不是英语专业的~

这更多地是一个态度的问题。我见过非专业人士的翻译被专业人士（很冷僻的专业）评价为“真看不出这是外行人写的”，也见过无论什么人士都看不明白的“专业翻译”。
可惜的是，似乎后者永远比前者要常见得多。

Yes, I do agree with you,they are extremely irresponsible and disgustingly misleading!

For this, two years ago I did send a message to Google. I couldn't stand those crazy Chinese translated from English.

Also, many Microsoft Chinese wording are crazy as well.

In China, there is a huge demand for so-called "translators", but actually what some translators (esp. those new graduates with major in English) only act as secretary or assistant role in the company. They have no mechnical or engineering background, but have to take initatives in discussion or meeting with foreign technical experts. They are not the persons to blame, I think. It is as somebody said: 专业英语应该由懂专业的人做，而不是英语专业。
