Administrator user just one of the reason for this error, so I can not promise that is the solution of it. but I want to tell you due to the limited authority of your current user, so these relevant error appeared. you also can try to terminate the process of antivirus software before installation or you can enter the security status and then install it except change user.

在装的时候最好把所有的防火墙安全设置暂时取消掉，我以前安装的时候好像也遇到过这样的问题。我的做法是在控制面板里将TRIBON删除，重新安装。其实这个软件在安装过程中就一步要注意的：license的路径。其他的回车就行了。如果你安装升级系统，在升级系统安装完毕后在C:\Tribon\M3\Bin下的RegDLLs.vbs点击一下即可。没有你想的那么复杂。不知道对你有没有帮助。

这个不关TB的事，你是不是使用的非官方WINDOWS系统？是不是什么优化的系统？这些系统关闭了一些个人用户不需要的系统服务。你这个问题貌似由于系统服务无法启动引起来的。PowerRPC 和 Portmapper从字面上看，应该是有关你的远程服务和断口映射相关的服务无法启动。或许你安装有什么其它的软件控制了这两个服务的启动？你可以右键“我的电脑”－“管理”－“服务和应用程序”－“服务”下好好查看一下各服务的状态，尤其关注那些没有启动的服务。
