[管系] 船舶热油系统工艺

现正在建一艘热油加热的多用途重吊船,以前从未接触过此类系统,对安装工艺,投油工艺不太清楚。请各位多多指教,谢谢!

oil flushing of thermal oil is not as important as systems like hydraulic or lubricating ones, so first of all, take it easy;
Two major purposes to have oil flushing:
1. collect all knid of dirt into the filters so that you can clean
2. get rid of air inside the system
It is often a process that during oil flushing, you run the buner and gradually raise the temp high enough to evaporate water in the system, the system thus will be ready to be heated up once oil flushing process is finished.
During this process, it is strongly recommended that you open all consumers, or as many as possible, to enable the system to be ready to max extent.
Then safety first, cos it's gonna be hot.

管系安装和普通的一样,没什么特殊要求,管系预制按照2级管路的要求,一定比例的探伤。链接螺栓8.8以上。60以上的管尽量不用套管。至于投油,最没有技术含量的,根本没必要做工艺。
工作一年的船舶钳工瞎说的,仅供参考
