1. 船舶防污底系统一般船舶上有吗？到底是怎么防污的？难道是涂的什么有毒的东西在上边吗？！
2. 货油舱的蒸汽熏舱是什么意思啊？起什么作用呢？是所有船都配有吗？是对货油加热吗？

简单的说下吧，防污系统根据船的航行路线及船东要求设计，有规定的防污年限。不同的油漆防污性能不一样，有焦油类的也有无锡自抛光的，一般都是含有毒物质在里面的。具体可以查找相关的文献。

1.all the international vessels must have international anti fouling certificate, if you want to get the certificate must apply the approvel anti fouling coating system.
2. another question, cargo hold cleaning system, you can ask surveyor tell you the detail.
