问题,关于tank washing 和tank cleaning?

Cargo / Slop Tank Cleaning System
Portable tank cleaning machines shall be provided.
Number: To be in accordance to the shadow diagram from the subcontractor.
Type: Nozzle diameter acc subcontractor.
Material: Stainless steel AISI 316 L
Nominal: According to subcontractor.
Two (2) sets of portable machines shall be provided.
Water to the machines shall be taken from the fire main line on deck and from
the separate Butterworth line.
Pipes in the Butterworth lines shall consist of galvanized steel.
这段话,有几个问题
1,tank washing machine和tank cleaning machine之间有什么区别?
2,Pipes in the Butterworth lines shall consist of galvanized steel.这句话请问凭啥啊?油舱不是不能带锌的么??
奇了怪了......
5.6 Stripping System
A cargo stripping system shall be arranged with a separate pump and a separate
stripping line.
The stripping pump shall also serve as a cargo pump and shall be connected to
the slop/stripping crossover.
Oily water after cargo tank washing and bilge water from pump room shall be
discharged to the slop tank by a stripping eductor.
Portable tank cleaning machines shall be provided. A Butterworth heater/pump of
about 30m3/hr at about 100 bar pressure and hot water washing lines shall be
provided on tank. Size and type of tank washing machines shall be selected in
consultation of tank cleaning machine makers.

2.butterworth line 应该是洗舱管路，用海水的，另外看你是多大船，是否有原油洗舱。butterworth 应该是一种洗舱泵型式。
搂主spec 贴得不全，否则可以很清楚的。

你看看蓝色的字,是不是前后矛盾了?前面说数量待定,后面接着就来2台
2,我问的是:油舱的管路都不能镀锌,为什么这个管子要?仅仅因为是洗舱管么?

货油舱内不能有锌，因为坠落产生火花，然后爆炸
洗舱管，因该没这个限制
