并不是马达的绝缘有了问题，VFD的运行会产生高频共模电压，而整流模块，逆变模块，电缆和电机绕组都有对地电容，高频共模电压加在电容上会产生泄漏电容电流，影响到绝缘表的读书。这是正常现象。
可以查一下规范的要求，ABS的要求如下：
5.3 Insulation Resistance for New Installation
Each power and each light circuit is to have an insulation resistance between conductors and between each conductor and earth of not less than the following values.
Up to 5 amperes load 2 megohms
10 amperes load 1 megohm
25 amperes load 400,000 ohms
50 amperes load 250,000 ohms
100 amperes load 100,000 ohms
200 amperes load 50,000 ohms
Over 200 amperes load 25,000 ohms
If the above values are not obtained, any or all appliances connected to the circuit may be disconnected for this test.
可以按照相应的规范，查看是否满足，如果满足，可以不用采取措施。 |
