Arrangement of no.4 FOT (P/S):
The suction pipe not arranged at lowest point of tank, cause a certain amount of FO remaining in the tank, could not be transferred always.
It is hard for ship bunkering management.

Because of the Provision of IMSBC rules(the temperature limitation of cargo hold & fuel oil tank nearby cargo hold for loading the specified goods ), and the confine of hull construction
This pipe can only arrange like current situation. Please accept as it is.
(Suction pipe leave the tank lowest point is 2.27m.The remainder volume is about 6m3 , 4% of the total volume for the tank.)

吸入管未设置在油柜的最低点,造成油柜中有一定数量的FO残留,不能经常转移。
船舶加油管理困难重重。

这个管子只能按目前的情况安排。请接受现状。
(吸水管离开油柜最低点为2.27米。剩余体积约为6m3,占罐体总体积的4%。)
