No strike plate on rope hatch at forecastle deck, no secure chain eye pad on rope hatch back side.
DESIGN REPLY：① Agree to add strike plate. ②It is out of spec.If want to add eye pad and long link chain, it need cost adjust.
What's the builder standard for secure the hatch form in side?
