Exhaust pipe for M/E in funnel Pls noted the photo, when the ship is docked in port or anchored in the sea, and it’s rainning heavily, the rain is sure to soak in exhaust pipe of M/E and then enter into boiler. And it’s possible to enter into M/E T/C side. SS218 already found water into boiler, and SS216 already found water into G/E. If this unreasonable design not rectify, It’s very dangerous for M/E and boiler, So should be rectified it. 烟囱排气管请注意照片，当船在港口或锚泊在海上时，雨下得很大，雨水一定会浸透主机排气管，然后进入锅炉。并有可能进入海运、海运、海运、海运、海运等方面。SS618已发现锅炉进水，SS619已发现G/E进水。这种不合理的设计如果不加以纠正，对机电、锅炉都是很危险的，应予以纠正。

Your kind understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.Design reply：As our investigation , We found there was quite narrow in the funnel to rearrange an exhaust gas pipe angle to drain out.That is very difficult to modify the 1100A exhaust pipe accordingly.In the meantime , the another preconceived solution which you mentioned , we think that will be a risk because the flap valve maybe can not be opened during M/E at low load.So , please kindly reconsider to add the gate valve to easily operate and add the caution plate to remind the crews to keep the valve to be opening only at the heavy raining in port.Please kindly accept our countermeasure for this case.Your kindly understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
