关于deadweight这句话怎么理解？

The "deadweight" shall be the difference between the displacement including shell and appendages, and the "lightweight" of the Vessel这句话翻译翻译成中文为，载重线指的是船壳和船体附属物的排水量与船舶的空载重量之间的差。我查询其它资料关于deadweight的定义："deadweight" (载重量) means the difference in tonnes between the displacement of a ship at the summer load waterline in water of a specific gravity of 1.025 and the lightweight of the ship（载重量指任何船舶的夏季载重水线排水量与该船舶空载重量两者之差），对于deadweight定义的理解怎么不一样？

载重量是排水量（包括船壳和船体附属物）减去该船的空船重量
