[电气] 看看这么选断路器对么?

长延时设定值Ir = 1x0.9xIn=90A 在反时限曲线下在1.3Io=1.3x90=117下 约16~20秒脱扣???
这什么意思,是两种情况考虑么?啥叫在反时限曲线下?是说断路器如有反时限特性就按后面的值选么?那117不还是大于断路器额定电流100了么?
长延时就选额定电流好么“

上面的类似反函数曲线的那一段是过载长延时特性,也叫反时限特性曲线
垂直下来到中间那个圈圈的算是短延时脱扣
最右边那段算是限流和能量脱扣部分。
老实说,我一直对施耐德的能量脱口抱有怀疑态度。整的挺玄乎的。

因为它涉及到双金属片热态和冷态动作时间是不一样的。
热态的话,相对来说动作时间要短。

也就是说,鼠笼式异步电机启动时,会产生一个启动电流,但是他有一个峰值电流,开关的瞬时动作值应该大于这个峰值,才能躲过启动电流,也就是说不要在电机启动过程中开关误动作。但是也要注意热继电器的脱扣级别,因为有些重载电机,启动时间过长,导致热继电器会动作。所以如果出现这种情况,应该选择20,或30级别的热继电器。热继电器脱口级别可以查找相关IEC标准,好像是在7.2Ir的时候,热继电器动作时间来定义的。平常用的都是10,10A的比较多。
你上面这个图已经是说明了这个问题。

你买的什么电扇啊。这么容易坏,其实像你这种情况,主要是电机里转子和磁铁缺少润滑油或者是轴缺油而引起的!~~一般买的家用电扇就是转不动也很难烧掉,你买的电扇质量太差了!~~
