是用来铺放和检修管路。一般后面同到机舱，向前通到货舱，具体到货舱哪个位置，要整体考虑，比如管系和结构通道。

it is normally used as pipe tunnel. the pipe tunnel can be accessed from upper deck (access in between cargo holds) aft end is e/r. with access hatch from e/r fwd end is the back side of collision bulkhead. ballast pipes/bilge pipes are located inside the pipe tunnel
