特殊旅客人数定员超过五十人，按客轮的应急电源的配置要求配置。

在SPS Code 2008里找不到明确要求，在DNV Ship Rules Pt.5, Ch.7, Sec.11, B502 有提到需要满足DNV Ship Rules Pt.5, Ch.2, Sec.2 D，即需要按照Passenger ships提供Supplementary lighting. 另你copy的是SOLAS 关于ro-ro passenger ships的要求，关于Passenger ships的要求应该是Chapter II-1, Part D Regulation 41-6.

这个是我SPScode上有关应急电源的描述：

4.2.2 对船上载运60 人以上的特种用途船舶，其装置应符合SOLAS 第II-1 章D 部分第42条的规定。

4.2.1 Installations in special purpose ships carrying not more than 50 special personnel should be in accordance withregulation 43 of part D of chapter II-1 of the 1974 SOLAS Convention as amended and in addition special purpose ships of more than 50 m in length should meet the requirements of regulation 42.2.6.1 of that part.

4.2.2 Installations in special purpose ships carrying more than 50 special personnel should be in accordance with regulation 42of part D of chapter II-1 of the 1974 SOLAS Convention as amended.

如果只是客船的话，按照规范只需要在cabin安装带蓄电池的灯吧（30分钟）

别的船旗社不知道，ABS的肯定需要满足这个supplementary lighting的要求。之前由于这个问题与class讨论了很久。我之前好像发过一个类似的帖子。但是，一般房间里面都有床头灯是应急电供给的，就可以满足要求了。或者房间多一路应急灯，都可以。之后有条船被船检逼的最后没办法，最后每个房间布置了个手电筒

，最后也过了。
