As per 4-6-2/9.17 of SVR, for propulsion machinery spaces intended for centralized or unattended operations (ACCU notation), the location of the controls of any valve serving a sea inlet, a discharge below the waterline or an emergency bilge system [see also 4-6-4/5.5.5(c)] is to be such as to allow adequate time (10 minutes water flooded time is ABS normal practice) for operation in case of influx of water to the space, having regard to the time likely to be required in order to reach and operate such controls. If the level to which the space could become flooded with the ship in the fully loaded condition so requires, arrangements are to be made to operate the controls from a position above such level.
这是ABS前两天回复我的.其它的参见船舶设计手册轮机分册-2013就有详细的计算方法.
