说明：1、图示舵叶尺寸为舵叶内缘尺寸；
   2、舵叶外表面与舵杆、横向隔板、垂向隔板焊接采取塞焊；
   3、舵叶完工后，做充气试验，试验压力为0.02MPa；
   4、舵叶内表面涂防锈涂料；
   5、完工后，舵叶内注入沥青，上下左右倒置一遍；
   6、舵叶完工后表面应打磨光洁；
   7、本船舵叶共2只，材料表为单只用量。

Note:
1.The dimension is within the shell plate of rudder blade and between the top plate and bottome plate shown in the drawing.
2.The welding type of joints between the closing shell plate and horizonal web/ vertical web is slot welding.
3.The finishing surface roughness is according to the painting requirement (by grinding )
4. Do gas tightness test after construction. The test pressure is 0.025Mpa.
5.The rustproof painting is coated on the internal rudder blade before closing the shell plate.
6.Pouring asphalt into the rudder blade. Then the rudder blade should be converted in vertical direction and be rolled.
7.The material quantities of one rudder blade are only shown in the table. Total rudder blades of the ship are two pieces.

辛苦了。但觉得，不是很简明。第六点没有翻译？
比如第七点
two rudder for the vessel，materials listed are for one rudder blade

当然说容易，做起来难。

the closing side plate is to be slot welded to horizontal and vertical stiffening webs
   3、舵叶完工后，做充气试验，试验压力为0.02MPa；
Air testing is to be performed after the rudder is constructed, air pressure maintained at 0.02MPa
   4、舵叶内表面涂防锈涂料；
the inside of the rudder is to be treated with anti-rust paint
   5、完工后，舵叶内注入沥青，上下左右倒置一遍；
the rudder is to be filled in with asphalt after construction to test its tightness in all directions
   6、舵叶完工后表面应打磨光洁；
the rudder should be completed with a fine surface finish
   7、本船舵叶共2只，材料表为单只用量。
Totally two rudders are to be installed aboard and the material list is for one rudder
