Cargo Rails
Two (2) longitudinal cargo rails 300mm N.B. Sch. 80 pipe on top on the vertical type H Beam
or 300mm NB Sch 40 pipe with reinforcement supporting beam in between cargo rail and
shipside bulwark c/w 12 nos. each x 2 steps brackets for hose supporting and to be arranged
and fitted out in accordance with G.A. plan.
The height of cargo rails shall be about 2800mm with steel plate of 12mm thick c/w stiffeners
shall be welded from the main deck to the top of cargo rails and in between cargo rails
stanchions in two spacing each to be arranged access openings and freeing ports at
appropriate interval. Certified for 4 x 25 tons and 20 x 10 tons SWL eye lug(as per approved
drawing) to be fitted on each side below freeing ports for deck cargo lashing. (Construction
drawing shall be submitted to the class for approval before construction work)

高空作业班组领班需填写《高空作业审批表》，内容包括高空作业内容、安全措施和现场负责人等项目，交工程总监/经理审批。
工程总监/经理接到《高空作业审批表》后，认真审查，必要时可到现场查看，如因审批把关不严造成事故，工程总监/经理负有责任。
高度在五米的作业可由项目主管代工程总监/经理行使高空作业管理权利，五米以上的登高作业，必须由值班经理或工程总监经理负责管理。
如存在下列情况之一，不得进行高空作业：
(1)患有心脏病、高血压、癫痫病、精神病、美尼尔氏综合症、严重贫血、关节炎、恐高症、视力障碍等不宜登高人员不得进行高空作业；
(2)没有《高空作业审批表》，不得进行高空作业；
(3)恶劣天气情况下，不得进行高空作业；
(4)安全措施不到位，无安全器械；
(5)登高用具不合要求；
(6)高空作业环境恶劣、无防护措施和设施。
高空作业安全要求：
(1)遵守高空作业安全操作规程；
(2)安全帽和安全带佩戴良好；
(3)使用梯子高度超过两米，必须有人辅助；
(4)作业面上下方均不得存在垂直同时作业；
(5)高空作业所需工具、物品必须有专用工具传递，不得抛掷；
(6)高空作业下方为禁戒区域，人员进入必须佩戴安全帽。

就是在船的左右舷处各有结构高出主甲板，结构的顶部有结构钢管，在结构和舷墙之间是一些管子，人孔，舾装件等。
