燃油快关阀的垫片问题

有无规范要求燃油快关阀的垫片需要耐火或是阻燃型的要求？
普通的燃油管路呢？用什么垫片？
最好有个垫片的适用范围的资料。。

目前ABS验船师，要求我们将快关阀的垫片更换成阻燃型，原因是规范有这样的要求（ABS 4-6-4/13.5.3（b））：Materials readily rendered ineffective by heat are not to be used in the construction of the valves or the closure mechanism unless protected adequately to ensure effective closure facility in the event of fire.
想请问下，这样的理解合理吗？

是的有道理的，应该用耐火的垫片 ABS 规范明确要求的

船上一旦发生火灾在消防控制站可以将速闭阀快速关闭但是速闭阀与舱口之间的垫片却燃烧了起来这样速闭阀还能起到应有的作用吗？
