USCG对CONNING中线位要侧推信息？

从USCG CFR 33 PART 164 提到如下，是否需要侧推螺距指示在中线CONNING 位，大家有没有碰到过？

(n) If fitted withlateral thrust propellers, an indicator readable from the centerline conningposition showing the direction and amount of thrust of such propellers, exceptwhen operating on the Great Lakes and their connecting and tributary waters.

不单单是 USCG的要求，SOLAS 也要求。

但一般在CON1位前壁上没看到装有这个，只有操纵台侧推面板上只有
