空气管头自动关闭装置

我查了下对于空气管头的要求：

Loadline Regulation 2005 上 Regulation 20: Air pipes
(3) Air pipes shall be provided with automatic closing devices.

NK Part D 13.6.2 open ends of air pipes 规范：
2. All openings of air pipes leading above the weather deck are to be provided with automatic closing devices.

ABS 规范：
9.3.5 Protection of Vent Outlets
9.3.5(a) Protection from weather and sea water ingress (2010). All vents terminating in the
weather are to be fitted with return bends (gooseneck), or equivalent, and the vent outlet is to be
provided with an automatic means of closure i.e., close automatically upon submergence (e.g., ball
float or equivalent) complying with 4-6-4/9.3.7.

9.3.7 Vent Outlet Closing Devices (2003)
9.3.7(a) General. Where vent outlets are required by 4-6-4/9.3.5(a) to be fitted with automatic
closing devices, they are to comply with the following:

1）为何有不同的解释啊？
2）为何ABS规范中说空气管头要自动关闭装置，或则同等的，鹅颈头也可以，但是Loadline和NK规范没有说？

从你的材料可以看出ABS规范实际上更加严格，除了鹅颈头外，还需要 the vent outlet is to be
provided with an automatic means of closure，也就是包括了LOADLINE 和 NK 的规范。

说说看。

我个人感觉空气管是针对无人进去的货仓，油舱，空仓等，在装卸货，或则，温度变化时，要使里面里面空气压力不要过大，也不至于形成真空，因此设置空气管。

然后通风管的话，是对于有人经常出入的舱室，要保证进出人员的安全才要求通风管。

不知道说的对不对，欢迎指正和补充。
