我做的典型计算:参考一下吧。不要听人家忽悠你:
1.Selection of sacrificial anodes:
Aluminum anodes
Type: AH-9
Size: 250 x 100 x 40mm
Net Weight : 2.2Kg/pc
Gross Weight: 2.5Kg/pc
2. Contact-water resistance (Ra) calculation:
Ra= ρ/2S= 25/ (2 x 17.5) ≈0.7143Ω
Remark: =25
S = (L+B)/2 = (25+10)/ 2 = 17.5cm
3. Anode current Output (If)
If = = 0.25/0.7143 ≈ 0.3500 A
=Driving Voltage = 0.25V
Ra =Contact-water resistance =0.7143Ω
4. Verifying of designed life-span (t):
t = =2.2 x2400x0.85 / (0.60*0.3500x 8760 )
≈ 2.4 Years < 3 years
Remark: Im--------- Required Average current for the protected structure, Im = 0.60 x If
m---------- Net Weight of Anode
Q---------- Actual electric capacity of Aluminum anodes =2400A∙h/Kg
1/K--------- Usage rate of sacrificial anode=85%

Note: The follow calculation of lifespan is just to prove that we select the anodes comply to the requirements of GB/T4948-2002 and corresponding Chinese design regulation.

Ra= ρ/2S= 25/ (2 x 12.5) ≈1.0000Ω
Remark: =25
S = (L+B)/2 = (18+7)/ 2 = 12.5cm
3. Anode current Output (If)
If = = 0.25/1.0000 ≈ 0.2500 A
=Driving Voltage = 0.25V
Ra =Contact-water resistance =1.0000Ω
4. Verifying of designed life-span (t):
t = =1.0 x2400x0.85 / (0.60*0.2500x 8760 )
≈ 1.55Years < 3 years
