一般说来，船要按照规格书建造。
任何规格书的修改必须船东和建造者双方同意（对于，价格的调整，保证的数据，。。。。。）

楼上关于subject to的翻译很有道理
就是后面跟的那个the有点不伦不类的，导致我的理解有点模棱
再次建议楼主注意歧义的可能性

是的。同时后面的那个the很别扭，如果没有它，事情就简单多了
但是，但是它确实在那里，那就有点费思量了
究竟是起草人当时喝多了随笔写下，还是他根本想的就是另外一回事儿？
确认一下比较好
毕竟合同是双方的事情

我认为yv的理解是有道理的，但是后面那个adjustment的处理还可以再斟酌一下。我认为这个adjustment of后面那一大嘟噜相互之间是并列关系，统统是需要adjust的
