离大合拢口很近的肋板需不需要先焊掉还是按照300mm的范围全部留焊？

大合拢口，一般200~300mm范围内的结构均需要留焊，以降低合拢缝焊接拘束度。

那靠大合拢口的肋板或横舱壁等强构件需要留焊么？还是为保证吊装的安全性，先焊掉？

for the actual situation .i think this part shold be as preserved weld ,for the actual situation od china shipyard , the acurracy control is not done very well ,this part will be re-fited in the stage of erection .in the nature of wasting labours and material

要看你们的精度了，像这种双层底（平直的），精度相对容易控制，所以焊上也可以行。
