关于蝶阀的控制

根据OSV规范4-6-4/7.5.2 Valves controlling flow to ballast tanks are to be arranged so that they will remain closed at all times except when ballasting. Where butterfly valves are used, they are to be of a type with positive holding arrangements, or equivalent, that will prevent movement of the valve position due to vibration or flow of fluids.
压载水系统如使用到蝶阀，该蝶阀应能保持其开关位置。那请问下蜗轮蜗杆传动的蝶阀，是否可以满足？

不满足，一般使用遥控蝶阀

对于机舱部分的压载水是能够满足的（这种自动化不高才会用）也就是人能够正常到达的地方，对于双层底一般都是液控的，

可以满足，船上有很多地方用到90度的蝶阀，以方便操作

没有什么不满足的，但可能要考虑一下运行时间。

每个都说得那么轻松？
我问过阀件厂家，人家都不能保证。。关键不是开启90度的问题吧，而是如何保证开启或关闭后，不受水流的冲击而改变启闭状态。。。手柄式的，是没有问题的，因为它开关时，手柄处有齿槽，可以固定位置。。
涡轮蜗杆式的，如何能保证其阀板位置不动？如果还有调节流量的情况下，还要保持阀的开度，而不仅仅是保证关闭和开启时的状态。
