电缆的额定电压！

我想知道11KV的配电系统，所选择的电缆电压等级是多少？是如何考虑的？

我觉得单相接地故障时候，未接地相的电压会上升到根号3倍，应该考12/20KV

For system requirement, refer to IEC 60092-503: a.c. supply system for voltage in the arange above 1kV up to and including 11kV

For cable choice< refer to IEC 60092-352: Choice and installation of electrical cables;

The cable of voltage rating: 8,7/15/(15) are suitable for the electrical power generating and distribution system of 11kV.

  我研究了一下IEC60092 352的3.2 voltage rating 见附件！
  我觉得还需要分析属于ABC哪一种情况吧，这个应该就是取决于你配电系统属于绝缘接地的还是电阻接地，如果属于C（我认为这种就是中性点绝缘系统），所以单项接地时候对地电压会线电压。

  以系统电压6KV为例子，必须要靠相对地电压也要为6KV，所以选择电缆时候U0/U应该为 6/10KV。所以当Case C情况下，系统电压为3KV，选择电缆U0/U应该为 3.6/6KV，这个也满足附件二的要求

  但是不明白为什么系统电压为10KV的，case C情况下，为什么选择8.7/15KV（见第二张图片）！

请进一步赐教

For 1kV to 11 KV system, the power distributing system of the folowings are recommended:

         a.    3 phase, 3 wires insulated;
         b.    3 phase, 3 wires neutral earthed, via neutral direcly earthed;
         c       3 phase, 3 wires neutral earthed, by neutral high impedence earthed;

Accoding to IEC 60092-202, Short Circuit protection shall be provided in each non-earthed line, in order that, single earth fault in any line will immeditately make protective device trip-off, as result, the system will be keep in safe.

So far,the circuit category C mentioned IEC 60092-352 are no suitable for the system have been provided with protection system as required by IEC 60092-202.

In consequence, the cables of 8.7/15(15) are considered being suitable for 11kV system.
