Notwithstanding the requirements set out elsewhere in the Convention, the full functionality (operation,
control, monitoring or any combination thereof, as required) of the safety systems listed below shall be
available from the safety centre:
.1 all powered ventilation systems;
.2 fire doors;
.3 general emergency alarm system;
.4 public address system;
.5 electrically powered evacuation guidance systems;

solas里面要求所有所有的带电风机需要在安全中心控制，操作，监测等，如何满足这项要求？
如果safety centre是作为驾驶室的一部分，而且驾驶室已经有应急停止，可以切掉所有的风机，是否可以满足这个要求？还是要求所有风机在这个安全中心要配备遥控启动，监测信号送给综合报警？ |
