有关SOLAS的问题

在solas里有关救生艇伐的要求里提到了规则6.1，例如“除另有明文规定外，所有救生艇伐应配备符合规则6.1要求的降落或等乘设备........”，这里的规则6.1是指哪条啊？我怎么都找不到。

认真看一下当前条款是第几条,然后按条目次序找到第6.1不就可以了吗?

如果对IMO不是很了解，还真不好找。我给你看了一段英文版，是这样说的：

1 Unless expressly provided otherwise, launching and embarkation
appliances complying with the requirements of section 6.1 of the Code shall
be provided for all survival craft except those which are：
也就是你提到的规则6.1 是 section 6.1 of the code. 关键在于，这个CODE不是指本章的规则，而是LSA CODE。您需要翻查LSA CODE。至于在那里定义的这个CODE 是LSA CODE，我也不知道，请耐心人找找看，共同学习一下。下面是LSA CODE 6.1 的节选
6.1 Launching appliances etc.

6.1.1 General requirements

6.1.1.1 With the exception of the secondary means of launching for free-fall lifeboats, each launching appliance shall be so arranged that the fully equipped survival craft or rescue boat it serves can be safely launched against unfavourable conditions of trim of up 10 degrees and list of up to 20 degrees either way:

.1 when boarded, as required by regulation III/23 or III/33, by its full complement of persons; and

.2 with not more than the required operating crew on board.

6.1.1.2 Notwithstanding the requirements of paragraph 6.1.1.1, lifeboat launching appliances for oil tankers, chemical tankers and gas carriers with a final angle of heel greater than 20 degrees calculated in accordance with the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, as modified by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto and the recommendations of the Organization*, as applicable, shall be capable of operating at the final angle of heel on the lower side of the ship taking into consideration the final damaged waterline of the ship.

接上面的帖子，规则6.1 即 section 6.1 of the Code. 其中CODE的定义在本章3.10条有如下定义，明确说明了这里的CODE是指LSA CODE。
10 "International Life-Saving Appliance (LSA) Code" (referred to as "the Code" in this chapter) means the International Life-Saving Appliance (LSA) Code adopted by the Maritime Safety Committee of the Organization by resolution MSC.48(66), as it may be amended by the Organization, provided that such amendments are adopted, brought into force and take effect in accordance with the provisions of article VIII of the present Convention concerning the amendment procedures applicable to the Annex other than chapter I.

总结：看来我们在阅读SOLAS的时候，首先要明确SOLAS的概述和定义部分，否则有可能看不懂哦

查了中文版SOLAS 2004，在第三章通则A部分第3.10条对“规则”的定义如下：
　10 国际救生设备（LSA）规则（本章内称“ 规则”）系指。。。。。
