各位大侠，请问发电机动车需要做哪些准备，哪些附件需要连接结束？

发电机燃滑油系统串油校验结束，发电机启动空气，压缩空气、控制空气系统密***验完毕，关于发电机本体安装和电器交验等楼下轮机以及电器的同学回答。

电气方面的主要就是主开关的校验试验（过载保护，欠压保护之类的），配电板的对发电机的控制回路（调压调速回路）。机器和相关的设备状态正常方可启动机器

It is my pleasure to giving answer to you.
Before starting an engine has to be sure that all of pipelines are pressure tested, cleaned, mostly the air system, the lubrication oil system and fuel system but of course the LT (low temperature), HT (high temperature) and SW (sea water) cooling water pipesystems too...MDO service and settling/MGO tanks are clean, oiled and closed. Has to be ready the exhaust pipe system.
All electric pumps are in order in LT and SW cooling system, ie turning directions, load in kW, standby functions, etc. Also the MDO pump of fuel supply modul has to be ready for operation.

The reason of the start is the testing of the Generator Sets with Main Switchboard under variable loads and alarm points on Control Consol AMS computers, ie all of electric cable-laying also has to be finished.

In details:
1. Crankshaft deflection checking on all engines. (has not been checked yet)
2. All alarmpoints of engines has to be set and checked on the AMS (Alarm Monitoring System) computer system at engine control room. Cables/sensors etc, which are belongs to this system has to be finished. (has not been checked yet)
6. Starting Air system. (pipeline is ready)
4. Lubrication oil system of generator sets. (has not been checked yet, at least crank case cleanness has to be checked before filling oil into it)
5. Fuel oil pipes of generator sets. (installation of 3-way valves hasn't finished yet, anyway would be ready excluding fuel oil supply modul and chiller unit.)
6. Check the cooling water pumps/pipelines SW and LT together with their standby function. (pipelines of SW and LT are ready)
7. HT (high temperatures) pipesystem (pipeline is ready together with preheating)
8. Exhaust pipesystem. ( has not been checked yet)
9. Main Switchboard ( has not been checked yet)
10. Emergency Switchboard ( has not been checked yet)
11. Control Consol computer (AMS) and the control cabinet of the Generator Set's ( has not been checked yet)

So, my brief answer would be: before start, all above mentioned equipments which are belongs to Generator Sets must be finished and ready for operation.

发电机系统相对独立，燃油、空气、冷却水、滑油管系要完工，发电机本体清洁，各传感器、报警点检查校对，主板完工，集控台联通，辅机供油单元调试完，启动空气减压阀调试完。
