Smoke Diving Equipment
Smoke diver sets with UHF communication complete with spare air bottles shall be
delivered and stored in a suitable location according to Class and National authorities.
Air bottles in composite.
Three sets to be supplied, where of minimum two stored on bridge.
Smoke diving sets to have UHF communication, ref Group 42.
Smoke diving suits to provide protection against heat and be approved for use as fire
mans outfit as required by regulations.
1 off Breathing air compressor, 300 bar for refilling of air bottles adjacent to air bottles.
The compressor to be provided with connection for use with Escape sets’ air bottles.
Compressor also to have power supply from emergency switchboard. |
