I really don't think such a sentence is a professional wording.
Please be noted that what is the term "deck transverse stiffener "?Where did it come from, from English speaking country or a non-English speaking country?
For structural members to a deck, they are "transverse beam","transverse web" or "Web beam","longitudinals","longitudinal girder"/"longitudinal stringer",etc.,subject to what deck framing system is used, transverse deck framing system or longitudinal deck framing system .
For the intersection of beam and girder, web beam and longitudinal, there is "stiffener" or "bracket".I have never heard of "deck transverse stiffener " in deck framing system.
I am afraid of someone used "deck transverse stiffener " as "deck transverse beam" or whatever.
"An additional under deck transverse stiffener is to be fitted in way of termination bracket toe, where the toe is clear of normal stiffener."
或可意譯為:
"在甲板下,其強橫梁腹板與縱骨連接之肘板下端若無通常的強橫梁腹板扶強材,則需另予設置。"
