7.3.1    Pumps Requiring Certification
The pumps listed below are to be certified by a Surveyor at the manufacturers’ plants:
i)  Pumps for all vessels (500 gross tonnage and over):
• Fuel oil transfer pumps
• Hydraulic  pumps  for  steering  gears  (see  also  4-3-4/19.5),  anchor  windlasses,
controllable pitch propellers
• Fire pumps, including emergency fire pumps
• (2011) Other fire fighting service pumps, such as, pumps for fixed water-based systems,
or equivalent, local application fire-fighting systems (see 4-7-2/1.11.2), sprinkler systems
(see 4-7-3/9.9.1.), deck foam systems, etc.
• Bilge pumps
• Ballast pumps

abs有提到deck foam pump，就没有讲foam system 的海水泵，那这个泵需要船级社认证吗？

ABS的不清楚但是CCS的入级持证要求中对于泵是由持证要求的法定持证要求中消防泵也是有明确的持证要求的泡沫系统中的海水泵也算是消防泵

直升机甲板泡沫灭火系统，泡沫达到3%-6%的混合比，一般有两种方式：
1.Pump Proportional，专门的泡沫泵打到混合器，形成3%-6%的泡沫液；
2.Tank Proportional，消防泵利用喷射泵原理混合泡沫液。
所以，你说的海水泵要么是消防泵，要么是泡沫泵，这两个肯定要船级社证书的，方式一的泡沫泵往往是甲板泡沫灭火系统的一部分，由maker提供的，带证书。
