请教关于冷库温度调节的问题

Sub: Provision fridge veg room temp not maintaining.
Descripsion: (1) Provision fridge system veg room temp not maintained.(Frequentlly frosting of the evoporator coil )
(2) Fish room coil kept shut and found veg room temp is maintaining.(done on a trial basis)
(3) Refrigerant gas in the system checked and found in satisfactory operating level.

Question: To make all the rooms temperatures to the required level while all the rooms are loaded to its capacity, how to solve this problem? Request for technical advise.

也许：1. 压缩机能量不够； 2. 菜库冷风机偏小
如能提供详细参数如：库容，压缩机和冷风机的参数最好。

根据上面描述的2条内容估计可能是菜库的膨胀阀开度小了，或者感温包损坏了使阀打不开，造成菜库冷剂流量不足。

如果是阀开度小或损坏造成冷剂流量不足，则冷风机不会频繁结霜的吧？

正常情况下，菜库是不会结霜的，菜库的盘管出口应该有背压阀这样可以保证菜库的蒸发温度不低于0度，这样设计是防止过冷的冷风吹到蔬菜而冻坏，一般背压阀设定压力所对应的汽化温度是0~2度。前面说的风机频繁结霜，那么蒸发压力及温度肯定很低了，出现这样的现象首先是背压阀不好用，但是在此时如果膨胀阀开度合适，库温应该很快就降下来，那样的话压缩机进口可能结霜。
总之，冷库的故障比较复杂，不在现场不便于判断。
