应急消防泵设置

我想问应急消防泵是必须设有吗？哪位大侠有标准可考

“消防总管应布置成当隔离阀关闭时，船上除上述机器处所内的消火栓外，其他所有消火栓能由另1台消防泵或1台应急消防泵供水。应急消防泵及其海水入口、吸水以及送水管和隔离阀应位于机器处所的外部”，你可以不叫它应急消防泵，但是你必须布置一台实现上述功能的消防泵。

2.2.3.1 Fire pumps
The arrangement of sea connecti***, fire pumps and their sources of power shall be as to ensure that:
.1    in  passenger  ships  of  l,000  gross  tonnage  and  upwards,  in  the  event  of  a  fire  in  any  one
compartment, all the fire pumps will not be put out of action; and
.2    in passenger ships of less than 1,000 gross tonnage and in cargo ships, if a fire in any one
compartment  could  put  all  the  pumps  out  of  action,  there  shall  be  an  alternative  means
c***isting of an emergency fire pump complying with the provisi*** of the Fire Safety Systems
Code with its source of power and sea connection located outside the space where the main fire
pumps or their sources of power are located.

你必须布置一台实现上述功能的消防泵。
客船就没有应急消防这个概念。
