好像也有许多地方把它称作Rule Length的,大部分船级社对它的定义好像是一样,有个别的不一样,
在现在CSR规范应该是统一定义的,你可以参考一下。
The rule length L is the distance, in m, measured on the summer load waterline, from the forward side of stem to the after side of the rudder post, or to the centre of the rudder stock where there is no rudder post. L is to be not less than 96% and need not exceed 97% of the extreme length on the summer load waterline.(因为有这个限制,而一般好像Lpp长度都超过了97% of the extreme length on the summer load waterline, 所以Rule length取97% of the extreme length on the summer load waterline的情况比较多)
In ships without rudder stock, the rule length L is to be taken equal to 97% of the extreme length on the summer load waterline.
In ships with unusual stem or stern arrangement , the rule length L is considered on a case by case basis.
