关于救生筏的要求,SOLAS公约里面描述的很详细, 下面是关于货船（GT≥500）的货船的具体要求。
关于客船等请仔细查看SOLAS 第III章里面的具体要求！

关于救生设备的要求，最好是对照SOLAS公约仔细查阅，简单的说某个东西有没有或者是否要求很容易挂一漏万。当然如果不搞最基础的方案设计，按照送审的防火控制图（或者叫防火及安全控制图）即可！

针对你最近的问题，估计你的液货船配置了抛落艇。所以每舷均置有100%的救生筏，其中至少一舷的筏需要为可吊式的，另一舷一般为抛落式的筏

没有，他最近做的是length大于85M的、总吨位大于500总吨的、配备了free-fall lifeboat的，且满足CSR JBP的bulk carrier。

1.2. In lieu of meeting the requirements of paragraph 1.1, cargo ships may carry:
.1. one or more free-fall lifeboats, complying with the requirements of section 4.7of the Code, capable of being free-fall launched over the stern of the ship of such aggregate capacity as will accommodate the total number of persons on board; and

.2. in addition, one or more inflatable or rigid liferafts complying with the requirements of section 4.2 or 4.3 of the Code, on each side of the ship, of such aggregate capacity as will accommodate the total number of persons on board. The liferafts on at least one side of the ship shall be served by launching appliances.
