多少吨级以上的油船需要设置船中部绞缆机啊？

油轮经查靠泊栈桥式码头和浮筒，每次靠泊都需要中间系缆，除了港口作业的成品油轮（小吨位），基本上都有中部绞缆机。

我建造过的5800吨的成品邮轮都有中部绞缆机，不是很靠船中，是在楼子前面！

但这个只是为了实际应用而设的吗？是不是规范里对这个根本就没有要求啊？

嗯，但是我们这面造的23000油船都没有设置这个绞缆，不知道这是为什么。

1W多的就设有中部绞缆机，应该是看船东需要把……

The IMO demand that tankers with a carrying capacity of more than 20,000 tons have an emergency towing connection forward and aft.
Forward this is a stopper, which holds a standard chain when pulled throught from outside to inside.
Aft, it has to be a prepared system. This means a rope or wire in th water with a messenger buoy, ready to be picked up and fastened by a tug boat that can be deployed by one man.
