加油站警示铭牌

--> 现在船东要求做加油站警示铭牌，我现在找到一张照片，但很模糊，一个是中国的水污染控制条例?还有一个联邦污水控制法，大家能知道上面是刻的是第几条？最好能有英文版的。

DISCHARGE OF OIL PROHIBITED

The Federal Water Pollution Control Act prohibits the discharge of oil or oily water into or upon the navigable waters of the United States. Or the waters of the contiguous zone. Or which may affect natural resources belonging to, appertaining to, or under the exclusive management authority of the United States., if such discharge causes a film or discoloration of the surface of the water or causes a sludge or emulsion beneath the surface of the water. Violations are subjuect to substantial civil penalties and/or criminal sanctions including fines and imprisonment.

楼主要的是USCG中33CFR-155.450的要求，任何船长不小于26 英尺(feet)的船舶的必须有由耐久材料制造的固定在每一机器处所或舱底水和压载水控制站的告示牌，告示牌尺寸至少宽比长为5 英寸(inches)比8 英寸inches)的大小，其中关于警示牌的内容不定，但给了个范例：Discharge of Oil Prohibited
