“Wärtsilä Seals and Bearings former company was JMT（Japan Marine Technologies Ltd）。JMT was founded in 1965, a specialized maker for producing marine engineering seals system. She was merged into Wärtsilä group in 2007. ”
KOBLECO密封的股份也被eagle industry 收购，
“We, Kobelco Eagle Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. are pleased to announce that our company name will be changed to,
KEMEL CO., LTD.
effective as of 10 May 2010, due to the fact that our major shareholder Eagle Industry acquires the remaining share from Kobe Steel, so that we will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Eagle Industry” |
