15.5 Height of Vent PipesWhere air pipes extend above the freeboard or superstructure decks, the exposed parts of the pipes are
to be of at least Standard thickness (see 4-2-1/9.21); the height from the deck to the point where water
may have access below is to be at least 760 mm (30 in.) on the freeboard deck and 450 mm (17.5 in).
on the superstructure deck. Where these heights may interfere with the working of the unit, a lower
height may be approved, provided that the closing arrangements and other circumstances justify a
lower height.
See 4-2-3/15.3 for damage stability requirements

CCS规范有明确规定的，透气管最低进水口，主甲板》=760mm，上层甲板>=450mm

记住只能略大一点，楼上童鞋规范记得太死了吧。。。。。

可能还涉及到船舶的破舱稳性，因为我就看见57000散货船尾部有两个1400多的透气头

关于这个要求不是CCS里面的吧，当然规范的话对这点也有自己的要求的，不过请查阅载重线公约，我觉得这个还是比较更好点
